Reducing the environmental impact of the main activities of the UWC National Committee of Costa Rica.
The United World College National Committee of Costa Rica carried out several activities to reduce the environmental impact of its main annual selection process activities. These activities included:
• Including a menu with vegetarian options.
• Eliminated the use of paper whenever possible, for example in the sharing of documents during the selection process.
• Shared brief to reduce energy and water.
• Included two vegetarian meals for everyone.
